Orders are processed in the order they are received. We ship on Tuesdays or within 5 business days of your order being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow the carrier time to update tracking details.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Carrier Delays
Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
